Bowine Wijffels (1961) started out as a teacher of biology. For more than seventeen years she has been working as an independent process- and program manager, mostly for governmental and societal organizations concerned with nature and sustainable development. Bowine assists organizations with the implementation of new approaches, like a new strategy for energy for a governmental organization or experiencing nature at a children’s daycare organization. She specializes in personal process consultancy, process management, consultancy, (team)training, sustainable development and facilitating communities. Her strong points are getting people fired up and the conversion from strategy to practice and vice versa. Bowine uses nature as a source of inspiration in all her workshops, lectures and trainings (Biomimicry for sustainable organizing).
